・Excellent customer service must always start with a warm and sincere smile.
・Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
・Handling and taking care of Walkie-Talkie, POS and other systems/ electronics appliances.
・Prepare sauces and condiments.
・Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready.
・Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the workstations.
・Prepare and turnover tables for next customer.
・Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning floor, cleaning utensils, serving equipment and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
・Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of restaurant.
・Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Relevant working experience in similar roles in the No Pork No Lard F&B industry
✓Possess working experience in F&B industry
✓Hygiene certified preferred
✓Good interpersonal skills and service skills
✓Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
✓Be able to work in a fast pace working environment
✓Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
✓Preferable Malaysian Citizenships
