・Develop and present project proposals

・Manage design projects from concept development

・Adjust designs and plans in alignment with business development requirements

・Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

・Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact

・Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations

・Determine and adhere to timelines

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or other related programs

✓Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD/Gstarcad, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Sketchup, 3D modelling etc

✓Proficiency in or willingness to learn Archicad is preferred

✓Excellent technical drawing skills, strong creative and visualization skills

✓Strong communication skills, fluent in English

✓Knowledge of construction detail is preferred
