JOB DETAILJob Details

・To create branding and design menus of company products in line with company strategies direction to meet company's objectives.

・To develop new customers with Sales and Marketing Team for business expansion.
Specialty on Chinese and Malay cuisine

・Communication skills (explaining internally & externally about the product and menu)
Planning skill for the cooking demo and menu creation.



・To support sales and marketing team, design and construct menus and create new recipes to promote brand awareness.

・To provide product training to internal team and external interest parties upon instruction from superior.

・To provide ideas and suggestion in new product development.

・To conduct culinary workshop for distributors, wholesalers, culinary school and events upon instruction from superior.

・Support planning, organizing and implementing the sampling & roadshow cooking demo.

・Provide the idea to ensure profit maximization.

・Support sales team for business expansion to ensure sales target is achieved.

・Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety.

・Plan and share the idea of the collaboration event activity with other company.

・Building relationship with new customers.

・Provide services to existing customers by visit, sharing ideas, menu and new products for sales growth with Sales and Marketing team upon instruction from superior.

・Costing sharing according to the menu proposal for customer.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Knowledge about food commodities food safety and sanitation, food handing control.

✓Planning skill for the cooking demo and menu creation

✓Creative

✓Driving license,

✓Logical thinking Skill,

✓Communication Skill (phone, email),

✓Negotiation Skill,

✓Problem solving Skill,

✓Basic computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)

✓Language: English (business), Malay(Business), Chinese (Business).

✓Min 2 years working experience as chef,

✓Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.

✓Knowledge about food commodities food safety and sanitation, food handing control.
