・Responsible for the overall coordination of the project starting from inception to the completion.

・To lead a team of engineers, assigned for a particular project

・To provide technical support to the design works

・To do necessary interface with other departments for information

・To assist project managers in managing project

・To prepare the tender documents and other technical reports including project specifications.

・To prepare tender evaluation report and monthly project report

・To attend meetings, presentations etc with the client and authorities

・To provide necessary head office support for the on-going construction jobs to ensure seamless construction works at site

・Planning related infrastructure works, including master plan studies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of working experience.

✓Professional Engineer with PEPC or PE will be added advantage

✓Proficiency in project planning, authority submission, project management and contract administration

✓Good working knowledge in various infrastructure project and preferable port projects related to jetty/wharf, Port Terminal, reclamation

✓Candidate shall possess good report writing and analytical abilities with critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills (abilities to handle project independently).
