・Interpretation for the Sales Manager – Primarily Japanese ⇔ English. Provide translation support for the Sales Manager in various situations.
・Shift-based Schedule – Weekend work is generally required.
・Store-based Work – The role is primarily based in the store, wearing the store uniform while supporting the Sales Manager with interpretation (kitchen and hall duties are generally not required).
・Communicate Sales Manager’s Goals & Instructions – Ensure that the team understands objectives and guidance from the Sales Manager.
・Create Sales Manuals – Develop and maintain sales-related manuals.(Translataion)
・Support for onboarding for New Employees – Provide company orientation, explain house rules, and conduct handwashing training for new staff.(Translataion)
・Hygiene Management Guidance – Provide hygiene management instructions.(Translataion)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, focusing on the above responsibilities.
✓Interpretation experience is preferred.
✓Japanese N1 certification is required.
