・ Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
・ Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.
・ Identify and implement improvement ideas to improve operational performance, increase availability, and reduce cost(KAIZEN)
・ Responsible in all installation work including witnessing all factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test comply with all functional specificities.
・To define, design, develop, monitor and refine an asset maintenance plan.
・To use predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
・ To incorporate risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.
・Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures an all other problems that adversely affect plant operations, these problems include, capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues. To fulfill this responsibility, the reliability engineer should apply data analysis techniques that include statical process control, reliability modeling & prediction and fault tree analysis, root cause analysis (RCA) an root failure causes analysis (RCFA) and failure reporting, analysis and corrective actions system (FRACAS).
・ Works with Production to perform analysis of assets including assets utilization, equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, other parameters that define operating condition, reliability, reliability and cost of assets, provides technical support to production maintenance and technical personnel, applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/design and make/buy decisions
・Knowledgeable in estimate Project BOQ (Bill of Quantities), tender bidding/negotiate, scheduling, cost control, and quality control.
・Provide support on technical issues from company overseas subsidiaries.
・Exchange/mutual support with the project division, Maintenace division, design division in Group.
・Exchange and support with Maintenance Center in Japan (Japan)
・Trainer role on Specialized subjects at training center
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Degree in Control & Instrumentation Engineering and/or any professional qualification in related fields or equivalent
✓ Min of 5-10 years' or more of experience in Instrumentation Equipment's related jobs in refinery or petrochemical
plant maintenance.
✓ MS Office and other related software skills
✓ Excellent command of English both spoken and written
✓Multilingual is an added advantage although English is the main medium of instruction,
✓ Japanese language is an added advantage.
✓Any industrial related certification /courses
✓Proven experience in instrumentation Engineer
✓Public Speaking and trainer communication skills
✓ Proven Experience in multi-national Environment
✓ Excellent organization and management capabilities
✓Own trasport
✓Able to travel depend on project
