Koshidaka Malaysia is redefining karaoke from simply a place to sing into a multi-functional entertainment space where people gather, relax, and enjoy quality time. With over 30 outlets across Malaysia and a bold vision to expand to 100 stores, we are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute 360-degree marketing strategies, covering both offline and digital initiatives
Lead campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new store launch events nationwide
Position our karaoke outlets as versatile spaces for parties, family gatherings, and casual entertainment
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) and external partners (agencies, media, vendors)
Manage digital marketing including social media, influencer outreach, paid media, and SEO/SEM
Use data and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer loyalty
Ensure consistency in creative direction, messaging, and brand positioning
Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and strong ROI
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
5–8 years of experience in marketing, ideally within retail, F&B, or entertainment/hospitality industries
Experience in both offline activations and digital campaigns
A hands-on, proactive self-starter who can plan, execute, and analyze
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Japanese is a plus)
Passionate about creating fun, engaging, and memorable customer experiences
