• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in the procurement process to achieve financial targets.

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO supplies and services to ensure cost savings and supply chain efficiency.

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and conditions.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor MRO purchasing team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

• Ad Hoc Requests: Respond to and manage ad hoc procurement requests from various departments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings to Management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management orequivalent.

✓ Minimum seven (7) years working experience in purchasing / procurement with at least five(5) years as team lead preferably in automotive manufacturing industry.
