• Maintaining sales, purchasing and company financing responsibilities.

• Preparing Sales Budgets and Forecast.

• Co-ordinate of business activities.

• Maintaining quality of service.

• Plan & delegate assignments to staff.

• Formulate a staff development program.

• Liaise closely with all sections concerned to ensure all deliveries meet on time.

• Follow up with bill collections to ensure proper credit control on goods supplied to customers.

• Oversee costing of goods sold to customers.

• Oversee the purchasing of goods related to customers’ requirements.

• To identify other requirement which are directly applicable to the environmental aspect of the company’s activities and products. Communicate any changes or amendments in the legal and other requirements to the relevant parties in KSM.

• To be aware of any changes or amendments in the legal and other requirements and bear a special responsibility to customers on environmental requirements.

• Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management System and shall:
• ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001;
• ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
• report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;
• ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
• ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned
and implemented.


OTHER DUTIES :

a) Ability to develop new business
b) Ability to negotiate and close deals consistently.
c) Ability to recommend ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of work process.



AUTHORITY
Approve of purchase invoices.
Approve of official quotation to customer.
Approve of leave application of subordinates.
Authorized to stop any activities, products or services that have significant
impact to the environment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

University graduate.

Preferably with proficiency in Japanese language (written and spoken).

Minimum experience of 10 years.

Have experience in controlling and supervising of staff.

Self-starter, energetic with leadership qualities.

Understanding some custom regulations and forwarding terms.

Willing to travel and possess own transportation
