• Prepare Time Delivery Ratio Report and daily and monthly stock out or related inventory report.

• Maintain a proactive relationship with existing client

• To ensure sales operations are going smooth.

• Handle inquiries and provide product knowledge

• Meet customer satisfaction especially pull in or pull out.

• Responsible for maximizing receiving orders from the sales office to meet the peak profit and analyze the receiving order and transportation costs.

• Carry out any jobs assigned by the superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business, or any related equivalent.

✓Required language in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with vendors/suppliers from China.

✓Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

✓Proper time management and ability to meet deadlines.
