Recruitment & staffing
-Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interview.
-Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, offboarding, and probation processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Payroll staffing
-Managing payroll & statutory benefits.
-Ensure accurate and timely salary payment while compliance to the statutory requirements at all times.
-Ensure payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and other relevant data.
Performance Management
-Support the implementation and administration of the performance included performance reviews, and feedback of staff.
-Assist managers and employees with performance-related documentation and follow-up.
-Provide guidance and support the head of department regarding staff performance.
HR Policies & Compliance
-Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws, and other relevant statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
-Ensure company policies and HR policies regular review and update accordingly.
Training & Development:
-Organize and planning for employee training programs under HRDF claim
-Maintain training records and evaluate the feedback of training effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits
-Managing the remuneration review and benefit review according to market benchmarking
-Review and revise based on market trends & business goals.
HR Administration & Operations
-Ensure up-to-date employee records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
-Prepare reports, HR-related letters, Memo, and documentation related to HR.
-To perform any HR related projects or duties as and when assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓-Bachelor’s Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
✓3- 5 years of relevant working experience in the any industry.
✓Proficiency in Employment Act 1955, statutory requirements and other HR practices.
✓Proficiency Hands-on experience in the entire HR cycle.
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Good command in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
✓High proficient level of Microsoft office.
✓Experience in Autocount payroll
