・Develop and implement overall F&B strategy, service standards, and operating procedures

・Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment

・Work closely with executive leadership on planning, budgeting, and business expansion

・Conceptualize and roll out new menu ideas and dining concepts to stay ahead of market trends

・Monitor and improve financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth

・Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to build high-performing, service-focused staff

・Ensure a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints and handle service recovery where necessary

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 10 years in F&B, with 5+ years in a director or senior leadership role

✓Exceptional knowledge of F&B trends and service standards

✓Proven success in high-end or volume F&B operations

✓Strong leadership and team development capabilities

✓Ability to converse in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage (to cater to a diverse customer base).
