・Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple F&B outlets
・Develop and implement business strategies to improve overall outlet performance and guest satisfaction
・Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting initiatives
・Manage, train, and inspire outlet managers and operational teams to deliver service excellence
・Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all venues
・Monitor purchasing, inventory levels, and vendor relations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Minimum 8-10 years of experience in F&B/hospitality, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role
✓Proven ability to manage multi-unit F&B operations
✓Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
✓Excellent understanding of Malaysian F&B market trends
✓Ability to converse in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage (to cater to a diverse customer base).
