Providing assistance to a sales Manager to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities.

Manage and expand corporate and retail accounts in the FMCG sector.
Develop proposals supported by well-grouneded and data-driven sales analyze,rather than relying on assumptions or momentum
Expand product penetration in assigned channels,ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives
Check and manage the documentation based on the requirement (e.g. Promotion claim, Distributor claim, Claim from Merchandisers, etc.)
Take proper action based on the approval and instruction from the management
Propose effective sales strategies based on category insights and market trends.

Optimize product visibility through shelf management (planogram), while aligning with the client’s business direction
Develop proposals supported by credible and data-driven sales forecasts, rather than relying on assumptions or momentum
Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.
Ensure the welfare of merchandisers, promoters, and that their concern are noted and addressed.
Good communication and cooperation with others department colleagues to make sure daily jobs are on track and smoothly.
Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
Participating in any company’s events.

✓More than 3year-experience on FMCG /Storong in planogram,category management and promotional effectiveness evaluation
✓Bachelor or Diploma
✓Driving license,
✓English, Malay & Mandarin Business level
✓Added advantage for Japanese speaker (Basic)
