・Manage information technology and computer systems

・Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

・Manage IT team.

・Coordinate with different department on system designs, policies and procedures

・Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

・Operations, IT Projects (liaising with HQ for improvements), and Audit/Compliance.

・Liaise with HQ Japan to ensure aligned with company standards and policies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Has at least 10 years and above experience in IT related field.

✓ Has people management experience.

✓ Language required: Japanese & English

✓ Prefer candidates who can work long-term and adapt to cross-cultural communication (with locals and HQ in Japan).
