・To support Japanese Sales Team, especially Language support

・Understand Japanese sales team's sales contents make necessary arrangement with internal staff and local venders, suppliers etc (Energy-saving products sales and RPA (LEDs, air conditioners, radiant cooling sheets, compressors, AEDs, RPA) mainly for Japanese companies.

・Contact new and existing client to seek for potential business opportunities

・Visiting clients with Japanese Salesperson as interpreter.

・Visiting renovation site with salesperson to translate conversation between Sales person, clinet & venders

・Prepare Quotation and send to client

・Follow up for delivery orders

・Construction schedule arrangement

・To attend on site meeting, translation discussion between local venders & Japanese Client if necessary

・Other ad Hoc role if necessary

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Prefer Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 above), at least conversation level

✓ Degree and above

✓ Fresh graduate may apply

✓ Good communication in English (read, write and speaking, if possible, BM & Chinese)

✓ Working experience as sales support Japanese speaking role, or other working experience in Japanese company

✓ Driving License

✓Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access etc

✓Good communication with all level of personal, internal & external
