・Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

・Support business development and sales promotion for High Performance Film products.

・Handle inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.

・Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, and production planning) regarding order status and shipment schedules.

・Provide instructions and follow up with shipping/logistics staff to ensure smooth delivery.

・Communicate closely with the Japan head office for product information, pricing, and lead times.

・Collect and share market and customer insights to support strategic decisions.

・Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and related documentation.

・Customer visitation almost everyday

・May have out station visitation and overseas （Thailand, China, ASEAN）

・Dinner meeting with Client

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

✓Business-level English ＆ Mandarin, Japanese (JLPT N3 and above)

✓Own car

✓Willing to learn new things

✓Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

✓Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn about technical products.

✓Prior sales or customer service experience (any industry) required; B2B experience preferred.

✓Experience in order coordination or internal communication with logistics or production teams is an advantage.

✓High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
