・Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
・Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
・Coordinate the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and invoices.
・Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and documentation.
・Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collection.
・Liaise with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, and accounts) to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
・Support the sales manager with market updates, reports, and customer feedback.
・Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the company’s system.
・Dinner meeting with Client
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome).
✓Basic understanding of order handling, invoicing, or payment processes is an advantage.
✓Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
✓Own car
✓Willing to learn New things
✓Organized, responsible, and detail-minded with strong follow-up skills.
✓Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin, added advantage for Japanese speaker
✓Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, email communication).
✓Proactive team player who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✓Prefer Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
