1. After-sales Customer Support

Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers regarding product issues or operational troubles
Gather detailed information on malfunction, configuration errors, and warning alerts
Organize and analyze software-related issues and escalate them to the manufacturer when necessary
Act as a liaison between customers and manufacturers to coordinate technical matters and ensure smooth information flow
Conduct on-site visits when required to check the situation and perform basic troubleshooting

2. New Business Development for Equipment Manufacturers (FA-related)

Conduct proposal-based sales to manufacturing companies and equipment makers
Introduce and sell FA (Factory Automation) components and equipment
Understand customer equipment specifications and operational challenges to propose optimal parts and solutions
Prepare quotations, coordinate delivery schedules, and manage price negotiations
Acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients

3. Trading & Coordination Functions as a Distributor

Communicate with supplier manufacturers to confirm product details and coordinate technical specifications
Manage ordering, delivery schedules, and inventory/delivery follow-up
Bridge technical inquiries from customers to the appropriate manufacturers
Collect information such as quotations, technical documents, and product specifications
