Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations.
Handle attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Support foreign worker management such as permit renewal, hostel arrangements, and compliance matters.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
Manage general administration tasks including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Assist in safety, health, and compliance documentation in collaboration with relevant departments.
Ensure HRGA operations follow company policies and Malaysian labor regulations.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or administration, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.
Strong communication skills in English and Malay; Japanese language ability is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
