◆Technical / Chemical Engineering

・Provide technical support to customers on resin applications and product usage.

・Assist in lab testing, quality checks, and product evaluation based on customer requirements.

・Coordinate with R&D and production teams for product improvement and troubleshooting.

・Prepare technical reports, data analysis, and product documentation.

◆Sales Support

・Support sales team in handling customer inquiries, sample arrangement, and delivery coordination.

・Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, and customer presentation materials.

・Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support business development activities.

・Follow up on orders, forecasts, customer feedback, and technical issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Japanese Language N2

✓Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.

✓Fresh graduates are welcomed; experience in resins, chemicals, or manufacturing is an advantage.

✓Strong communication skills in English and Malay; Japanese language ability is an added advantage.

✓Technical curiosity and willingness to learn resin and composite material applications.

✓Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with cross-functional teams.

✓Possess own transport and willingness to travel for customer visits.

✓Overseas business trip (India, China, HK)
