1.To support the Project Manager / Area Manager / Senior Manager (M&E) in the specialized area of mechanical & electrical scope of works for the site operations and activities on the project.

2.To support and advise on the development and implementation of procedures and work instructions for the successful completion of M&E works.

3.To ensure the projects’ M&E work are completed in safety, on time, within budget, and of quality work to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultants.

4.To ensure all relevant M&E technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff.

5.To support and advise, plan, arrange and/or prepare the relevant technical expertise/knowledge required for the projects and distribute as required from time to time.

6.To coordinate M&E’s works to accomplish all the site activities.

7.To coordinate all M&E subcontractors to accomplish the site activities.

8.To liaise with customers, consultants and design team for continually good relationship.

9.To prepare M&E cost analysis based on preliminary design.

10. To support and/or prepare quotation for new project.

11.To support, coordinate and work out tender price.

12.To assist in the evaluation risk of tender conditions for discussion.

13.To support and/or prepare the site budget for M&E works.

14.To support and/or prepare of projected cash flow for M&E works.

15.To support in the evaluation of the M&E Subcontractors and Suppliers registration, approval and termination.

16.To inform Contracts Section Head of any changes for him to maintain and update Registered Subcontractors & Suppliers List.
