1.To be responsible for BIM overall implementation plan.
2.To liaise with BIM Manager / Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs and requirements.
3. To coordinate coordination/shop drawing of all projects/miscellaneous works with relevant Project Manager.
4.To support and coordinate drawing/technical issues for tender development.
5.To update the 3D model and prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality.
6.To execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan.
7.To liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant statutory bodies.
8.To ongoing review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
9.To assist in training project staff who are new to BIM implementation.
10. To coordinate with sub-contractor for the quality and delivery of sub-con shop drawing.
11. To check and review in-house & sub-contractor shop drawings and submit to designer approval for IFC.
12. To coordinate and periodically report to Project Manager the sub-con shop drawing progress status at the interval as directed by Project Manager.
13. To organize sub-contractor’s shop drawing coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
14.To assist in leading sub-contractors’ shop drawing for As-built production and create in-house shop drawing.
15.To collect feedback from As-built project / on-going project and share the comments with BIM team staff for improvement in quality of deliverables.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

✓Minimum experience in BIM for 4 years.

✓Preferably candidate with strong background in BIM (CSA).

✓Management experience in related BIM with strong technical knowledge and modelling skill.

✓Proficient in BIM Modelling and AutoCAD.

✓Knowledgeable in the latest versions of BIM360, REVIT, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other software applications.

✓Able to read and understand engineering documents.

✓Able to perform independently under minimal supervision.

✓Able to communicate effectively with all levels.

✓Project experience in Commercial Building, Warehouse, Data Centre.

✓Willing to relocate.
