・Handle sales activities with distributors and hardware shop dealers, painters, property owners, architects, interior designers and both private and public sector building projects.

・Explore new potential dealers.

・Review and monitor effectiveness of sales campaign.

・Plan, formulate and implement sales strategies

・Meet performance expectations by achieving sales targets and deadlines.

・Gather market expectation and feedback to counter competitors activities at the right time.

・Provide excellent customer service to gain customers trust.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 2-3 years sales management experience in architectural/decorative paints, building materials or industrial products

✓Experience in handling distributor and hardware shop dealer.

✓Pro-active, resourceful, Sales driven and result orientated.- good interpersonal and communication skill

✓Relevant experience in chemical products would be an added advantage.

✓Self-motivated, result oriented team player with good interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently.

✓Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication.

✓Possess own transport and able to work outstation.

✓This position will be based in Kelantan and Terengganu
