・ Import Shipment
1] Co-ordinate with supplier and shipping company on incoming shipment.
2] Liaise with forwarding agent on the customs clearance and receiving to warehouse.
3] Prepare SAP GRPO once warehouse confirmed the receipt.

Export Shipment
1] Collaborate with sales team and arrange export shipment to each distributor.
2] Issue SAP Pick List for export shipment follow salesmen instruction and send it to warehouse for picking and packing.
3] Book vessel or flight with shipping company and coordinate with warehouse for the delivery.

Supply Demand Management
1] Responsible to update Inventory Report which include In and Out shipment based on PO/SO.
2] Issue SAP PO/GRPO for golf items purchase.
3] Check shipment status with vendors and update Inventory Report.
4] Liaise with sales team on the order and advise stock availability.

Warehouse
1] Responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse
2] Work with sales and logistic team to ensure all outgoing shipment send within the time frame
3] Reviewing inventory records to determine what items are needed to restock
4] To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
5] To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies

Others
1] Liaise with golf ball printing company for local printing and co-ordinate with warehouse for
the sending and receiving after print.
2] Prepare insurance claim for lost goods/damage goods in transit.
3] Support in supply demand budget preparation.
4] Other duties may be assigned by the management from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Logistic or related field

✓at least 1 years of experience in logistic arrangement, import and export shipment and supply demand Management.

✓Experience Liaise with company (Warehouse) for transfer and delivery of stock to office or to Dealers.

✓Pick and Pack according to delivery order.

✓Develop shipping label and other label as requested by salesmen.

✓Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✓Responsible, good negotiation and communication
