・To compile customers’ delivery instruction.

・To prepare delivery instruction to warehouse.

・To monitor shipment from port to warehouse and warehouse to customers.

・To collect shipping document from vendors.

・ Provide custom document to forwarding and haulage company, and monitor shipment movement.

・ Delivery control (delivery adjustment with vendors.

・ Quality issue coordination

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in any field

✓Basic excel, intermediate level is preferred.

✓Good English, Mandarin, Malay communication skill and great crossculture communication skills

✓ Possess strong commitment and untiring effort behavior to complete assigned tasks on time.

✓ Knowledge of purchasing or logistics (preferable).

✓Ability and adapt to changes for improvement
