・Attend Japanese client's inquiry on behalf of Sales executive using Japanese (e-mail, Chat & Call)

・Get information and confirmation from internal other dept

・To support sales report to HQ

・Handle inquiries from HQ

・To support create Invoice

・Other matters assigned by Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field

✓ Japanese Language (able to understand e-mail & able to reply)

✓ Fresh graduate can consider

✓Possess own transportation and valid driving license

✓self-motivated

✓Good communication skills , Customer support
