・Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for director.
・Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
・Performing administrative and secretarial duties and reporting to Director.
・Liaise with accounting vendor, document submission
・Assist Director to arrange interview with candidate, dealing HR related matter.
・Ad-hoc tasks assign by Director
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
✓MS Office and English proficiency
✓Outstanding organizational and time management skills'
