・Installing & Commissioning
Install and set up SMT production equipment (pick-and place machines, screen printers, reflow ovens, AOI/AXI system, etc).
Conduct machine alignment, calibration and software configuration.

・Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software issues.
Respond quickly to breakdowns and production stoppages.

・Technical Support
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to production teams.
Train operators and technicians on equipment usage, safety, and best practices.
Liaise with equipment suppliers and vendors for spare parts or advanced technical issues.

Documentation and Reporting
Maintain service log, calibration records, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare technical reports on equipment performance and improvements.
Ensure compliance with EHS (environment, Health, and Safety) policies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma or bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic, or related field.

✓2-5 years of experience in SMT machine maintenance or service engineering.

✓Hands-on experience with major SMT equipment brands (e.g., Panasonic, Fuji, Yamaha, ASM, Juki, DEK, etc.) is an advantage.

Technical Skills
✓ Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing process (SMT/PCB assembly)

✓Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and machine manuals.

✓Proficiency in diagnostics tools and software troubleshooting.

Other Skills
✓Problem- solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

✓Strong communication and customer service skills.

✓Willingness to travel for on site service support.
