◆ Human Resources
Labor Management
Manage general HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and social insurance procedures
(Payroll calculation is handled by an external accounting firm)
Support Japanese expatriates assigned from Japan
Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and systems
Handle employee inquiries related to HR and labor matters
Recruitment / Training
Coordinate interview schedules and assist with interview sessions
Conduct onboarding orientation and explain company culture to new hires
Organize and support internal training sessions for existing members
◆ General Affairs
Manage and renew office contracts and ensure smooth office operations
Handle purchasing and management of office supplies and equipment
◆ Accounting
Process payments and manage expense settlements
Handle invoice and receipt management, including proper filing and documentation
◆ IT Service Desk
Coordinate procurement and setup of PCs and smartphones for employees
Provide user support in collaboration with the Head Office IT Department to resolve employee IT issues
◆ Sales Back Office Support
Handle order processing tasks, including:
Managing Kintone trial extension requests
Checking and inputting order details, and communicating with partner purchasing departments via email
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Minimum 5 years of professional working experience
Native Malay speaker
Japanese proficiency JLPT N1–N2 equivalent
Business-level English proficiency
Ability to efficiently utilize IT tools in daily operations
Preferably Malay ethnicity, due to smoother handling of legal and administrative procedures
Experience in back-office operations during the setup of a Japanese company in Malaysia
Hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, labor management, and payroll process coordination
