Support the Customer Service Engineer at the Customer Production Line
• Ensure customer line is supported at all times.
• Support Customer Service Engineer to resolve any issues at the customer end in a timely manner.
• To feedback to Customer Service Engineer accurate & timely information on all issues at the customer plant.
Support all change implementation
• To support Customer Service Engineer for SQE to evaluate changes made by supplier and carry out fitment at the customer end.
Follow up on Engineering Changes & Permits
• Support Customer Service Engineer for assurance engineering changes & permits are implemented in accordance to accepted procedures.
• Monitor the cut off for changes is done correctly and effectively.
Support Customer Service Engineer in Monitor Quality System
• Involve in all rework or reprocessing at the Customer plant
• Control of non-conforming products.
Ensure that material respect is followed at all times.
• Assist in the identification, development and implementation of new work instructions.
Problem Solving
• Participate in problem solving teams.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma in any Engineering discipline
✓Fresh graduate is encourage to apply / 1-2 years’ experience in Manufacturing company
