・ Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.

・ Conduct annual contract negotiations, including rebates and promotional agreements with suppliers.

・ Sourcing new products.

・ Managing pricing for new products and price increases, coordinate increase information with internal team.

・ Managing product specifications, Halal certificate and COA / required relateved documents by major factories.

・ Address quality issues raised by customers, request reports, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve problems.

・ Handle product sample requests.

・ Perform product portfolio analysis.

・ Analyze product performance, including sales, margins, and market potential.

・ Manage e-commerce platforms and related online product activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓3-5 years of experience

✓ Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage with suppliers globally or locally.

✓ They must understand market trends and sourcing strategies.

✓ Maintaining supplier relationships, evaluating vendor performance, and resolving supply chain disruptions.

✓ Cost Analysis & Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze pricing structures, calculate total cost of ownership and drive annual cost reduction initiatives.

✓ Excellent skill of excel or any analaysing software.

✓ Communication skill: They will be the bridge between your company and external vendors, as well as internal departments.

✓ Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Supply chains frequently face disruptions. The candidate must be able to think on their feet, manage risks, and find alternative solutions quickly.
