・Planning and executing on-ground marketing activities, brand activations, roadshows and promotional events.

・Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, manpower, vendors, and promotional materials.

・Work closely with agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure smooth execution of activations.

・Support PR initiatives including media coordination, press releases, and event publicity.

・Monitor competitor on-ground campaigns and promotional activities for market insights.

・Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure activation strategies support sales objectives..

・Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings to align activation plans with business goals.

・Prepare post-activation reports including attendance, engagement, and performance analysis.

・Coordinate and manage retail marketing activities, including planning and executing in-store promotions, product displays, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and merchandising strategies.

・Plan, organize, and oversee retail events, trade shows, roadshows, and brand activation campaigns to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.

・Handling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via in-bound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to company information and products and to share with related PIC

・Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for the production and delivery of marketing collateral, promotional items, and PR materials.

・Develop marketing and sales support materials, including presentations, product sheets, brochures, and scripts to aid the sales and retail teams.

・Conduct market research and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and identify opportunities for retail and PR initiatives.

・Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, event outcomes, PR initiatives, and retail performance for management review.

・Act as a brand ambassador during events, in-store activations, and PR engagements, representing company values, products, and culture.

・Support public relations initiatives, including preparing press releases, media kits, and managing communications with journalists, partners, and stakeholders

・Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing activities, results, and upcoming initiatives.

・Assist in maintaining and updating marketing databases, including customer profiles, leads, contacts from events, and retail touchpoints for targeted outreach.

・Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance marketing, event, and PR skills.

・Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials and services.

・Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or travel (central, outstation, or overseas) as required for ongoing marketing, retail, and PR activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Business level English

✓ Bachelor’s degree

✓1 years or more Retail Business experience / Fresh Graduate is acceptable / Interest in the Food related retail business

✓ Driving license,

✓Logical thinking Skill,

✓Communication Skill (phone, email),

✓Negotiation Skill,

✓Problem solving Skill,

✓computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)

✓Nice to have Japanese language skills Basic (communicative) level

✓Better to have Mandarin speaking skill in Business level
