To support the Corporate Support function by leading employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. This role designs and runs engagement surveys, drives culture and employee experience programs, and manages the corporate portal to ensure timely and consistent communication across the company.
1. Plan and execute the employee engagement survey cycle (survey design, rollout, analysis, and action plan PMO with relevant departments).
2. Drive internal communications, including key company announcements, leadership messages, and campaign planning for internal alignment.
3. Lead culture initiatives and employee experience events (e.g., Annual Dinner, company trip, employer branding/culture programs, wellbeing events).
4. Manage corporate portal operations as the single source of truth (content posting, version control, communication flow, and basic governance).
5. Coordinate cross-site communication and event execution between KL and Melaka, including vendor coordination where required.
6. Track progress and outcomes for engagement initiatives and report key insights, issues, and recommendations to the Team Leader / Department Head.
7. Support ad-hoc corporate support tasks related to internal communication and employee engagement as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Business level English & BM
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Law, or related field.
✓3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, HR operations, corporate planning, or a similar role. Experience in organizing company-wide events and running surveys is preferred.
