・Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager with market research and data analysis project
・Support the design and execution of consumer behavior and competitor studies
・Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for marketing updates
・Collaborate with brand activation and sales teams under the supervision
・Maintain research tools and data systems as assigned
・Provide insight to support strategic decisions and assist the Assistant Manager/ Manager in decision making
・Collaborate with a stakeholders and related parties for the planning and execution of marketing activities
・Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager with market research and data analysis projects
・Support the design and execution of consumer behavior and competitor studies
・Consolidate and analyze monthly data from internal activities, market research and sales by SKU, channel and customer
・Prepare detailsed monthly, quarterly and annual brand performance dashboards and report, highlighting key insights, risk and opportunities
・Conduct and consolidate competitor monitoring including promotional activities and new product launches
・Assist in tracking market share movement by analyzing internal activities and market data
・Provide actionable recommendations to the Assistant Manager/ Manager based on market and consumer trends
・Support pre and post campaign analysis to measure effectiveness, tracking promotional performance and sales uplift
・Support in tracking A&P expenditure against approved budgets and coordinate with finance for invoice validation and expense reconciliation
・Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, market trends and campaign performance
・Collaborate with brand activation team, sales and other internal teams under supervision to ensure alignment of marketing activities
・Maintain research tools, data systems and structured databases for accuracy and accessibility
・Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners for planning and execution of marketing activities
・Suggest improvements to research methods, reporting processes and data management practices
・Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance marketing, event, and PR skills.
・Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials and services.
・Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or travel (central, outstation, or overseas) as required for ongoing marketing activities.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Business level English
✓ Bachelor’s degree
✓1 years or more Retail Business experience / Fresh Graduate is acceptable / Interest in the Food related retail business
✓ Driving license,

✓computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
✓Nice to have Japanese language skills Basic (communicative) level
